For the past 35 years Bob Dick has worked as consultant and academic.  He uses action research and process facilitation techniques to help organisations and communities improve their enjoyment and effectiveness.  

As an independent scholar his interests include complexity theory, participative methods, action learning for leadership development, and the use of story for cultural diagnosis and change.

Dennis is an organisational psychologist and former human resource executive. He earned a Ph.D. in clinical and organisational psychology from Purdue University USA. Following his graduate work, Dennis joined the faculty where he developed a leadership and organisational behaviour learning laboratory.

Firmly committed to continuous professional improvement and optimal ways to apply psychological knowledge to business challenges, Dennis completed the Management Program at the University of Washington (Class of 1999). He has taught and consulted in the area of conflict management for 25 years. Dennis as a master trainer in the Conflict Dynamics Profile©

JULIE DAVEY

Julie is an author, illustrator and self-publisher – with a passion for encouraging people to realise their true potential. She demonstrated the power of goal setting in the process of creating her book Attitude in Action in just 6 months, from the moment of conception, to launching the book before an audience of 200 in Kew on 24th May 2005.

Julie is a graduate of Jack Canfield's 'Self Esteem Facilitators Skills' Training - USA and Christopher Howard's Presentation and Platform Skills Training as well as a practitioner of: Neuro Linguistic Programming & Neurological Repatterning.

Sharon is the founder of Talent Tools in Brisbane, she is known as the Organisational Psychologist, with a Positive and Practical Twist. Sharon melds her diverse experience in people and organisational development with a background of on-going academic achievement in adult learning, management, human resources and organisational psychology. 

Through the implementation of the latest findings and advances in the field of Positive Psychology Sharon demonstrates the joy of the job. The originator of the “play to your strengths approach”, she shares the secrets of “building exceptional sandcastles in the organisational sandpit”.

Jay has a diverse corporate background and 14 years of NLP experience.  He is now a Master Practitioner of Neuro Semantics (NS) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is also an experienced and accomplished executive coach. 

Jay believes in creating organisational alignment through assessment, innovation and development. By focusing on the people and the systems that empower them, Jay realised that he was enabling his employees to look after the clients and shareholders more effectively and efficiently, creating loyalty and profitability. He also found that over time, employee retention (now a key focus of every progressive organisation) was a by-product of this leadership style. 

Accredited as an extended DISC practitioner, a Saville-Wave practitioner as well as an SDi (Spiral Dynamics) accredited   practitioner, Jay has a strong background in human cognitive behaviour, and positive psychology.
