PCTI Certification Program

The Personality Compass Type Instrument Certification Program comprises:

· Online completion of the PCTI prior to the Certification Workshop

· Two-day Compass Certification Workshop

· Post-certification support

At the workshop you will be provided with a Personality Compass Toolkit, which includes the materials needed to provide coaching with the PCTI, as well as materials to conduct ‘Personality Compass in Action’ workshops.

The workshop is highly interactive and develops practical knowledge and skills. You will be encouraged to reflect on your own attitudes, perceptions, thinking, behaviour and experience. Practical application of Compass concepts in a range of situations is emphasized to ensure skill development.

Once certified, you will receive free support via Skype. You will also receive updates of new material as it becomes available, as well as any current developments.

Workshop Content

The Personality Compass Certification Workshop covers:

· The science and meaning of personality based on the latest research into body chemistry, brain lobe dominance and genetics.

· Own and others’ inherent nature and tendencies.

· Individual needs, natural likes, dislikes and talents, and predictable skills and behaviours.

· ‘Gaps’ and areas of difference, for understanding self and for working effectively with others.

Through these, participants will learn to:

· Apply knowledge of personality structure to develop greater insight into thinking and behaviour patterns.

· Use the PCTI with diverse people and in a range of situations.

· Develop astute observation skills and a universal language for communicating about personality characteristics and behaviours.

· Identify and develop specific strategies for building effective relationships.

On Day 2 of the Certification workshop, the following aspects will also be covered:

· Additional PCTI applications

· Marketing of the PCTI

· Costs and ordering process

Your Investment

Standard Fee: AIPF Members $1470 (+ GST) or Non Members $1570 (+ GST)

Included in the cost of the certification are five free PCTI assessments valued at $225 (+ GST).

Once certified, you will be able to purchase online assessments and other Personality Compass materials at competitive wholesale prices.

PCTI Assessments: $45 (+ GST) per assessment (20 page report)

An annual renewal fee (currently US$299) is required to maintain certification. This fee is effectively cancelled out because consultants who renew are immediately provided with free PCTI assessments equal in value to the renewal fee.

Purchase of Compass Products

Only Certified Compass Consultants can purchase PCTI assessments and other Personality Compass materials.

PCTI Assessments (20 page report) cost A$45.00 each and discounts are provided for volume purchases.

Personality Compass in Action participant workbooks are supplied at cost.

You will be able to obtain expertly designed training materials for conducting Personality Compass based training courses. The first program released is entitled ‘Building Great Teams’. You will receive a free participant master copy after completing a short briefing on this course (at a nominal fee). A Facilitator Guide will also be provided.
