Overview of Course
In response to its drive to implement and embed organisational and cultural change, ISB is seeking to build the capability in its people to effectively manage workplace change.
This workshop provides a template of proven techniques to constructively influence the change process and to understand and manage the emotional reactions and resistance along the way.
