Facilitators Adapting to Change and Innovation

MELB Wednesday 21 April

Come along to a lively and entertaining facilitated discussion about whether professional facilitators will need to adapt current practices to survive and thrive into the future.  This session will include hypothetical questions posed by imaginary buyers - the requests from such buyers will provoke lively debate and bring to the surface the types of requests that are now faced by many of us.

Examples such as:
  • We need the one-day program delivered in half a day - how do you respond to these requests?
  • You recommend that line managers be involved in the program design and ideally some delivery activities but your buyer states they are just too busy to be involved – what do you do now?
Prepare to discuss, debate, contribute as well as share your views, knowledge and advice with peers and fellow facilitator friends.
