Facilitation for Learning
The Need
Facilitation is a state-of-mind and a set of skills. Although both are best learnt through practice, this program covers the basic principles, processes and tools to help you facilitate with confidence and get results with diverse groups of learners.
Facilitation means ‘to make easy’. Your role as a facilitator is to support learners to achieve change and provide structured processes to draw out ideas and experiences as well as energise the group to achieve maximum outcomes.
