The provision of feedback and recognition has been identified as a key process in all best practice organisations.
This workshop develops practical performance management skills using a proven 5-step coaching and performance management process .This will enable the participants to confidently and constructively coach their team members to achieve their performance goals.

2. Use communication skills of listening, questioning, empathy, challenging and feedback effectively in a coaching discussion
