The Need

This practical qualification addresses the needs of anyone who facilitates learning. It provides basic skills and tips for trainers wanting to apply more facilitation in their learning initiatives. The program is the “how to” qualification in learning facilitation. 
 
This highly interactive program has been designed as an alternative or addition to the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment for any learning facilitators who do not deliver accredited courses or use competency standards. 
 
The Certificate IV in Facilitation is nationally recognised and portable throughout Australia. It has been designed against international standards for professional facilitators.

A 5% discount will be given if three or more participants from an individual company attend the one program.
 
A price will also be negotiated for delivery of an in-house program.
 

Assessment

  • Successfully complete the four day program
  • Written Assessment
  • Provide demonstrated evidence of three 20 minute facilitated sessions
