Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute attendee is always welcome at no extra charge.  Alternatively, a full refund, less $55 (including GST) service charge, will be made for cancellations in writing (letter, fax or email) up to ten (10) working days prior to the program.  The fee applies to each program registration cancellation.
